WVSG is currently looking for a Jr. Technical Support candidate for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Description:    

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly assist customers, new or existing, with the initial setup and/or configuration of extensions, services, activating equipment, transferring phone numbers from a prior carrier and resolving billing issues
  • Maintain a business relationship with the customer and will be responsible for addressing any issues pertaining to billing, technical, or other account management scenarios
  • Maintain a working relationship with the customer to meet all their technical and account management expectations and needs
  • Resolve technical issues via phone and e-mail
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics
  • Resolve escalations from the Enterprise Sales team
  • Occasional travel may be required
 
 
    Qualifications:    

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of routers, switches and other network components and infrastructures
  • Technical expertise with networking protocols, particularly VOIP, SIP and MGCP
  • Strong account management and customer relationship skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude
